With eatPOS you have the option of our on-site training package, with on-site training, we can be there with you every step of the way. During the pandemic we have helped a number of our new clients go live in a safe and secure way.
With social distancing in place, a lot of our clients in the hospitality industry have had to adapt to new rules & regulations brought about by unprecedented times. As the photo demonstrates, we’re used to upgrading our clients from old-school cash registers to a fully cloud-based touchscreen EPOS solution, powered by eatPOS. We know what your business may need training on, whether you need help with stock, user permissions, or just getting used to the hardware. We know our clients, and what they may need help with to feel confident with their package.
On-site training with eatPOS includes:
– On-site support for the day 
– Configuration of hardware & software
– Front of house training (taking orders, payments, table layouts, discounts etc)
– Back of house training (adding products, staff permissions, sales & reporting etc)
– One to one training & consultation to make sure you’re confident
At eatPOS you also have the option of online training. With online training you will have a consultancy session with your account manager, which will consist of training on front/back of house. We will remotely connect to your eatPOS terminal to show you the system and how it can be adapted to your business model.
